Access to parking lot and elevator lobby is great. No ramps or obstacles to avoid. Lots of parking for unloading and loading.

Best by far in an oversaturated market full of businesses that promise more than they deliver as a business model. Alton self-storage in Irvine delivers. Pricing, location, easy getting in and out. Actually open at 6am and closes at 9pm. The facility seems new AF, the area is safe, and folks here have integrity. Besides all that, I was a bit of a pest my first few days here and the staff were gracious and professional nonetheless. I recommend Alton self-storage Irvine without hesitation

Excellent management. Sasha and Jose are really good in customer service and guided me through the whole process. Storage is clean and well maintained. This is the second time I’m using this facility.

It is impossible to get through by phone, there are no contacts or phone numbers, they send letters that cannot be answered, I have been unable to get through to the manager for three hours now and he does not call back.
