I called to check on my big brother the lady was so rude she hung up in my face and kept saying she can’t tell me anything n was getting loud with me while I was still calm this is the worst place ever she do not needs to be working there while people like me trying to talk to there loved ones but I will be getting a lawyer for this place..

Worst mental health facility I've ever seen. The staff is rude and disrespectful, with the exception of a few (Sherri is awesome)! Every question I've had has NEVER been answered with anything other than the generic, onesizefitsall response. Their policies & rules are enforced when convenient for them only. They are not there to genuinely help and do what's right for the patients, they are there to get a check. Horribly ran place..I'm thoroughly disgusted.
