If I could give this zero stars I would. This is NOT the place to go if you need help. They will keep you sitting in the waiting room for hours and you’ll most likely have to go to another ER if you need medical attention.

Genuinely one of the worst ER experiences I’ve ever had. Urgent care told me to go to the ER and this was the closest one. I went first thing in the morning and nobody else was in the waiting room. Ended up with around a 5 hour wait in agony in the waiting room, only to barely have a moment to explain my issue to the doctor before I was rushed out the door with medication that wasn’t what the doc explained it would be and basically no pain management at all. I was with my daughter as new patients for routine exam , I made sure that they are in net work and they said my insurance will cover the visit. But I received a big bills , when I checked with the insurance company they said that the provider didn’t send the service as a routine exam so that cannot be covered, when I returned to the doctor Dr.kumani he refused to change the code to make it as preventative care and i had to pay . Really the worst experience.
