The only reason this isn't 1 star is because how fast they moved when I got there. I arrived by ambulance after crashing my bike at 20 mph and getting knocked out from hitting my head even with a helmet. I might have been hit by a car but nobody is sure and I can't remember hardly anything about the accident. But anyway I got there by ambulance a bit confused but reasonably aware and they rushed test. Before I even got scooped up of the ground and into the ambulance they put a C collar on me in case I had a neck injury. When... read more
We waited 3.5 hours for my 3 month old who had a fever to be seen. I honestly cannot believe how we were treated. I have never had a good experience at the AMH ER but this was obscene
I always get good care here.
I came into the ER with excruciating left leg pain. I came at 10pm and walked out at 1:15a because of lack of care and empathy. I am a nurse and no one did anything for me to help ease my pain. I did not receive any help with my pain, no pain meds, no warm blankets, or even ice. BP was 96/67. I watched multiple people come in with non life threatening complaints.
