Office staff is unresponsive and combative. Called last Wednesday to request CT scan of my wife be sent to consulting doctor. Was told it never happened since it wasn't done at Alton Memorial. Told staff it was conducted at St. Joes West in Lake St. Louis and was asked why. Told them that Dr. Hoeslcher was the ordering physician and everything needed to be sent to coordinator ASAP. Called Friday and it had not been done. Was told by staff to simply have coordinator go on line and get stuff. Refused to fax information. If you... read more
Expect a high level of care. Everyone has been wonderful during my wife's chemotherapy and radiation. We are so lucky to have a facility of this caliber in the area.
