The most unprofessional experience with this attorney who seemed bothered with our questions regarding estate planning/end of life wishes, arrogant, inconvenienced and walked out of the room to make a copy to not return. His secretary came in to attempt to reschedule stating he had an appointment he had to get to. He left our appointment without finishing with us. I wouldn’t want anyone to feel the way he made us feel regarding such a sensitive issue. Don’t go near this man or this office for any legal matter!
I would give no stars if I could!!! By far the worst experience I have ever had with any attorney’s office. Completely unprofessional from start to finish. The attorney was dishonest, and the front office secretary was just as bad and just awful customer service every time we called. Every interaction felt like we were inconveniencing them simply for asking basic questions about our own case. Communication was beyond terrible. The attorney was very unpleasant and noticeably stand-offish, appearing annoyed that his time was being used. The staff was also not friendly, and there were subtle judgmental undertones, particularly toward individuals of minority background. Additionally, for anyone who is new to learning about wills or seeking guidance, this would not be an ideal location, as the environment does not feel welcoming or supportive.
