Litterally the best 30 mins of your day! The coaches are amazing always so encouraging and willing to help any way the can! The moment I step foot in the facility I'm feeling welcome, cared for, and just simply ready to give it my all on the workout floor. It's not easy but TOGETHER here at FBBC we are stronger and we will NEVER GIVE UP!
I just started my 28 day challenge today and let me say, 30 minutes is more than enough to get a killer workout done with FBBC! I cannot wait to see my results at the end of this challenge! The coach is amazing and doesn’t let us give up! I definitely recommend giving them a try!
