Had AC work done, had new batteries put on just a few months ago. We'll go to pick it up and it takes them 10 minutes to pull my very noticeable vehicle around front. Stop 5 minutes down the road to get gas. Go to start it and the battery is completely dead. NO one elected to tell me that or I'd left it running g so it could charge more. So I proceeded to be stuck at the gas pump for over an hour because they ran it dead and did not tell me when I picked up. I’ve contacted them twice to get recalls on my vehicle fixed and they do not respond. The back doors of my vehicle have to be buckled with the seatbelts to stay shut bc of an either missing/broken latch mechanism.
I have two vehicles—a Lincoln MKZ and a Ford F-150—both of which recently needed service. The MKZ was the priority due to a broken mirror and door damage. After spending $4,000 out of pocket (plus a credit card fee), I got it back and swapped in my truck, which needed a new key, remote start, and a wheel bearing repair. If you want a cheap American circle the problem for you before you waste your money on it product or a rebadged version of said item than well here you go.The best vehicle they ever had on this lot in decades was the Maserati Quattroporte several years ago.It probably will be the last vehicle of this quality reputation..I have never boughta vehicle here and don't intend to break 55 year old trend either from here to eternity.Junk music and trick salespeople have no effect on me.Too mature and well grounded for trick psycholo... read more
