This dentist made a crown for one of my teeth but didn't prep it properly. Over time (about 2 1/2 yrs) there was a spot on the Xrays which looked like decay. He said @ every exam not to worry that it was nothing. His assoc. was filling in for him on one of my appts. & said that the crown was shoddy & needed to be replaced. Horrible, ruined my teeth. I went to him to fix one tooth, they talked me into fixing three teeth. Now three teeth are hurting, one of them is broken. one neiboring tooth is chiped, I guess he managed to drill it while he was fixing the one next to it.
