I lived here for a year and had a great experience. The apartments are a bit older, but not overly expensive as a result (especially factoring in the included water/gas). And the management is fantastic; Richard and his crew were always immediately responsive to any issues that arose.
Lived in the apartment for a year before moving out of state. Would have renewed because the value you get. Staff is friendly and caring.
We lived in Alto Mesa for a year and were very impressed with the management. Our communications were always promptly responded to and our concerns addressed. This property had some of the best maintenance I've experienced so far.
Moving in today, excited! Olivia and Malena have been very helpful with the leasing process• and great in understanding situations like our own I highly recommend this property
