I have a very positive experience with Naomi. She is amazing, solved the issues as soon as possible.Although their other customer service team is very unresponsive for the last few months but Naomi is always helpful and that’s why i email her directly whenever there is an issue. She is much reliable.
We had an outstanding experience with Find Alto, all thanks to Hiba Edbais. Hiba is a consummate professional who truly listens. She deeply understood our needs and used her extensive knowledge to find the perfect aide for our daughter. Throughout the process, Hiba worked incredibly hard, explained everything in detail, and went over and above to secure the right match. She completely exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Find Alto and their top-tier professional support services to anyone in need!
We appreciate the service Alto provides to our family. Scheduling is simple, and any time we've had any requests the response time has been minimal. I recommend this organization for those needing respite or similar help!
I am very happy with this childcare pick-up and drop-off service. The service is reliable, convenient, and gives me peace of mind knowing that my child is safely picked up and dropped off on time. The communication is excellent, and the caregiver is friendly, and caring. The app is also very easy to use. I like that I can conveniently manage the service. It makes the whole process much easier and more organized.
