Terrible service. The only good thing about this place was the nurse who was very good and detailed about her job. I got blood taken and was hoping to receive a call from my doctor to explain my results but two weeks went by until I finally called and the receptionist read notes the doctor made. Rather than the doctor call me. I also called to get a refill for my inhaler and turned out they never sent the refill to the pharmacy. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I had such a positive experience at Altmed Medical Center’s walk-in clinic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease right away. I had a really good experience at this walk-in clinic. Dr. Lee is very kind and took the time to listen and give me the best care. The check-in was simple—I just walked in and got seen without any hassle. The staff were polite and helpful, and the whole visit felt comfortable. I’m glad I came to this walk-in clinic and I’d recommend it to anyone.
Came in for a routine medical visit and honestly, I was really happy with how it went. The clinic looks super nice now, the staff was friendly, and I actually felt like they cared. Way better than my last visit!
