You get a lease violation for a rug that needs to be replaced for a safety issue even though the last tenants have been here for 8 years!!!!! Due to a new design, they are replacing it anyway!!!! I have talked to Bianca Corey, and Zoe, and nobody has responded. Bianca's name is on the paperwork, which is always messed up, and she says to direct complaints to an email. Corey, the owner, never responds to any issues regarding the place. Management is running it to the ground, and people are constantly moving out because of it.
They took over management at my apartment complex, and it is awful. The only good part is the maintenance guys. Nobody ever returns my calls if I leave a message, nonstop promotional emails trying to build a "community" experience, except there are so so so many empty apartments in the complex, so the community is nonexistent. Trash in the hallways very often. Management walks around in their fancy coats and does nothing. I wish we had our old management back.
The residents at the Houghton, Mi property are all wondering when the elevators will be repaired properly. We have 2 elevators in the high rise full of seniors and disabled. The fire alarm was triggered by the big elevator, after reaching 300 degrees. We're now left with the smaller elevator. This is the elevator I was stuck in for almost an hour.
