Had a great experience with the team. Everything was explained thoroughly and well organized. They made the process very easy.
Started a Trust with Frost/Altman & Assoc. prior to going on an extended vacation. The Trust was completed in time for us to go on vacation, but I didn't have time to review the Trust and was told no problem, I could review later and any changes made would be no additional charge. Gary Altman, Brenda Bosch, and the rest of the team at Altman & Associates do a tremendous job with estate & legacy planning and have extensive knowledge and experience in the subject. Estate planning is their sole focus, and I truly enjoyed working with them.
I was planning on hiring Altman & Associates to handle an estate. They really came off as a wonderful firm that could handle everything required. However, after speaking to Katherine in the Maryland office I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted at how blatantly rude and disrespectful she was towards me during one of the most difficult times of my life.
