Your front desk if fully aware and was texting Jacky on the spot. It would have been better if you admit and train your staff better or improve appointment system for the future. I’ve had a couple of hydrafacials elsewhere and never really saw the point tbh… they were pricy and my skin looked the same or in one case, even worse after.
