My husband works for this company and from everything I've seen shows me that they are an amazing place to work. They are fair and sensitive to their employees needs. They treat the drivers like people and know them by their names and not just a driver number.
I’ve been at ALTL for over 5yrs, will be 6yrs in November. There’s a reason I’m still here! Great company to work for, we have awesome drivers, and great office staff/dispatchers! I have a lot of control over my income. The important thing is I can meet my household expenses, have money left over at the end of the month, and still get home on a regular basis. (Just enough so my wife doesn’t forget what I look like) lol!
I have heard nothing but positive things about ALTL. My boyfriend is currently working for them and says they are the best company he has ever worked for, very friendly and family oriented. Everyone needs to work to pay the bills, most people hate their jobs. When you not only pay the bills but love what you do and who you work for its a win win. I would recommend ALTL to anyone for employment. �
Great and friendly place to work everyone knows everybody by name. Including my wife. Plus there all about family and real good about being flexible with your runs
In my 5 years of driving truck I can honestly say since I came aboard the Altl team this is the happiest I've ever been and plan to retire from hear great people and environment.

It's a great place to work for. Everyone from payroll to the shop are very awsome people who show respect and listen to your story's from the road. They make you feel comfortable and proud to be employed with them. They even talk you into eating cake. Thanks ms. Dood!!!
