Great from the start, the staff are exceptional right from the front desk to Dr. Mike Herrewig who took his time to ask me questions about my back and what was bothering me so that he could properly treat me. Would highly recommend and I will go back in the future
Wonderful, highly recommended, starting from the front desk is amazing warm welcoming even if you not feeling well, you will be fine even you didn't see the doctor yet, which they are amazing professionals, high experience. I’ve been receiving chiro, RMT, kinesiology, and physio treatments at Altius and have had such a positive experience. The team works collaboratively, which makes the recovery process feel organized and supportive. Everyone has been knowledgeable and genuinely invested in my care. Kelsey at the front desk is amazing and incredibly helpful. She makes booking and follow-up appointments seamless and truly makes the whole experience feel flawless. Highly recommend.
