I never knew this place was here. I heard that someone caught ring worm though. . I haven’t been here yet.
Unorganized. It was a birthday party for a 5 yr old . Drinks were taken from our tables. Unknown people sitting at "our" tables. Never again!
Do NOT book a birthday party here. The evening manager has very poor customer service. He refused to show me the party room, made us wait over 30 minutes, and would not let another employee help. I had a baby, my kids, and guests waiting. He yelled, made rude gestures, rushed the kids, and even told us to leave early. He completely ruined my son’s birthday party. Very disappointing experience.
This place is good for younger people entertainment. It's mostly jumping trampolines, dodge ball section, wall climbing and some other entertainment sections. It's busy on weekends and school vacation. Place is relatively clean with bins to store your shoes. There are usually 2-3 people in the check in desk. Wait wasn't to long.
