Extremely unreliable in my apartment block. Whilst increasing rent illegally by not stating it in monetary terms. Greedy. They also ask reference companies to check ones social media for defamation.
A horrible company that doesn't take care of their properties but want to keep increasing rent. Literally just a company of bullies and leeches. DO NOT rent any properties from them. They don't care about you as a customer. They just care about bleeding you dry while doing the least amount possible.
They are very unreliable my building is disgusting now they own it it’s so clear that they don’t care about the building or the people in it they shouldn’t of sold to this company,nothing gets done on time
This is by far the worst property management company I have ever dealt with will be doing everything in my power to get away from these criminals
