Raymond McClain came with a great positive attitude got the job done. Very happy with the service.
Phenomenal service, very respectful and timely. Explained the situation, what they were doing the whole time. Was awesome to learn and loving the difference now in my home A/C.
We had about 5 other companies come out to inspect our furnace and give us a quote for a new one. Altitude was the only one we found that was fair in their pricing and seemed competent and capable to do the job correctly. We worked with Ray, Josh and Tannous through the process. All of them were friendly and knew how to do the job correctly. We are very happy with our new furnace and with the service we received.
How do a few things come up with the heating system at my property and I have the hot water heat so it's a little difficult finding somebody who can work on my type of heading I got a Referral from my neighbor she knows the owners and she said give him a call well I did and I absolutely love the guy who I've been working with his name is Ray and he has fixed everything he has fixed all my rental properties he's honest about what's going on he doesn't give me the run around or try to make me pay high prices.... The company was very professional and organized, on top of that they notified of tech dispatch and provided a picture of the tech.The tech Raymond was great he solved the problem quickly was friendly and respectful.
