Raymond Mclain was on time and very professional, even wore shoe covers so he wouldn't mess up my floor. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it immediately. Then, he cleaned up the little mess he'd made and showed me that he fixed the water flow problem. 5 Stars, great service, quick and professional.
Awesome service, called at 11am and they were able to fit me in the same day. Made the repair super-fast. Ray is an excellent tech!
Used because realtor recommended. First guy didn’t clean furnace, charged 170, sent dusty pic (included) and then sent out 2 more guys. 2nd guys seemed to do a good job but when they left the air conditioner was completely dead and the nest would not turn on at all. Now I sit here, in 90 degree heat with no air conditioner waiting for a fix. Oh best of all. Got a call in the middle to offer 20 bucks back after needing to come out 3 times. Unacceptable
They quoted me at $1950 to replace a compressor and said it’ll take 5 hours of labor. Old boy called me up and told me it’ll be $3700 with the labor after they ran my credit and saw what I was approved for. That’s $350/hr….. that’s ridiculous. Then the dude tries to upsell me on an entire new system, because he saw what I was approved for. These people are shady and predatory. Would not recommend.
Josh and Tannous were professional, polite, and were willing to explain the process (replacing AC) and answered any questions I had. They ensured everything was running correctly before they left and made sure I had my inspection scheduled.
