Cancelled my appointment reserved well in advance with less than 2 days notice and did not have anything available until 3 more weeks out from now. My situation cannot wait this long and I was actually counting on them. Their front desk could not care less. Awful experience.

When they ask what you want to address I let them know I had a spot on my chest and requesting a skin check. I had to ask about the skin check and they said we can do it if you want. I have a strong family history of skin cancer so it pisses me off that I have to pay for her to barely do her job. Doctors need to at least pretend that they care. Never going back to them again and I will be letting my Pcp know I didn't appreciate him referring me to them.
I had been dealing with skin issues for some time. As a new patient at this clinic, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Eric Krinsky he was the second doctor I consulted. He is professional and knowledgeable, yet also sincere and always wears a smile. He listened patiently to my concerns and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the visit—including arranging for an online interpreter to ensure smooth communication!
