I had been dealing with skin issues for some time. As a new patient at this clinic, I had an excellent experience with Dr. Eric Krinsky he was the second doctor I consulted. He is professional and knowledgeable, yet also sincere and always wears a smile. He listened patiently to my concerns and explained everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout the visit—including arranging for an online interpreter to ensure smooth communication! There is no handicapped parking available at this office, the only two spots are reserved for the spine institute and tow away for any other vehicles. Not even sure how that complies with ADA. If you require handicapped parking, you can't get into this business. Edit: they have since corrected this. Thank you!!!
Aaron was amazing with my daughter today. She had to get some moles removed and was very upset about it. He was very patient and kind and it was probably one of the best experiences we have had with a medical professional. Would highly recommend going to him at Altitude.
