I have great experiences at this dental clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly and never felt rushed. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the appointment ran on time. Nice place, I love the TV’s. Reception and staff were pleasant. I was looking for advice, options and quotes for removing my remaining teeth and getting dentures. So I could ponder my options and finally make a decision. I think there was some miscommunication, or perhaps they thought they would just get started with me as a new patient.
