Had my van in today for its first service, and although I bought this van second-hand, I was 100% treated like I bought it off the showroom floor! The service I received from Andrew was second to none. People are always banging on about after sales service with vans, and I tell you, Altitude is fantastic to deal with! My van was missing a couple of annex pieces, which they happily supplied me with. My diesel heater cap was replaced literally on the spot after I mentioned it had cracked.
