No service and charged a 22% large party fee. I had to get our own silverware ask for water and to go boxes. Staff clearly wanted to hang with their friends at the bar over doing their job.
Staff was rude, the female bartender laughed at us when we attempted to order food at 9 PM. Guess she did t want to make any money. The India food next door was good.
The bartender with the purple hair is the reason I will never come back to this place. I have never seen someone have such a meltdown over asking for some quarters for the pool table
Unfortunately, my experience at Altitude Bar & Grill was disappointing. The customer service was seriously lacking, especially at the bar. The bartender working during my visit was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t acknowledge customers properly, spoke in a condescending tone, and made the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. worst food I think I’ve had in all of Colorado. Hard to stomach, way overpriced, horrible service from the bartenders and just really gross food. They got our order wrong, and heads up their 24 dollar cheesesteak is 3 inches long lol
