We found exactly what we wanted here at Altitude. Seamless process. The staff is very kind and helpful. Tamika helped us with everything on the front end with signing the lease. Tamika was very helpful through the process and she is very knowledgeable and accommodating. We’ve had excellent experience with the maintenance team as well. We put in a work request and the maintenance manager, Chris, came the same day and fixed our issue quickly and efficiently. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This apartment is completely misrepresented. The building is roach infested. You will see them in the hallways, in the trash rooms, and even inside units. The elevators constantly reek of dog urine, and the designated dog area is full of poop that owners never pick up. There are no fines or consequences, so it just keeps getting worse. If you read carefully, you’ll notice most of the 5-star reviews are from people who only toured the property, not actual residents.
