DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Worst experience I have ever had!!! Be very careful with these apartments as they are listed online as 2-bedroom apartments but the 2nd bedroom is not legally a bedroom!!! I lived there for almost 3 years without knowing that there was not a fire exit from the 2nd bedroom!!! Unbelievable!!! I called the city and they told me that is not a bedroom if there is not a fire exit!!! Unbelievable!!! We immediately ended our lease and moved because it was not safe!!! Packages stole several times, parking is horrible, neighbors are loud and leave trash in the hallways. Garage gate is always broken, and concerns from management go unaddressed. All they say is “sorry but we are doing best we can” that’s not an answer! I pay $1865.00 to live like it’s a crap poor complex!
Pros: Friendly staff and newer building. Management is engaged and are willing to help. Cons: extremely limited parking spots unless you pay $75/month for the garage. I heard 15 cars got towed just the other day. Below average gym
Great location. Great staff. Love it here. Close to everything.
