I have been trying to contact this company for 6 months regarding rental history verification. I've called and sent emails and just get voicemails and no returned calls.
Simply put, there are no morals in this company. As a property manager myself, I am fully aware of the difficulties that arise in the industry, but this company has exhibited a new standard of low in their inability to treat anyone with the respect and dignity that a client deserves. i myself have faced many of the same problems that i see here on the BBB website, to include shoddy paint work, attempting to hide mold, broken AC, unfulfilled promises, and lack of communication just to name a few. Renting from this company was the absolute worst experience of my entire life. I went multiple weeks without hot water, air conditioning, and was charged water bills every three months that ranged anywhere from $500-$720 and often times went multiple days without water while trying to come up with the money to have the utility turned back on. This has been the worst experience I can think of. I've been a landlord and have never treated my tenants with such disregard. We moved into this home a week behind schedule due to numerous safety issues and repairs that needed to be done that should have clearly been remidiated by the rehab team. There were several electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues. This is the worst,rude, unorganized company I have ever delt with. I rented a property at 44*7 ******** ****** Dr in Decatur, Ga. After paying my deposit and rent. I find out the house is full of mold. I informed the leasing agent Jonathan C********* 3weeks before my move in on June *5 about this problem. 2days before I'm to move in they send someone to spray bleach and cover up the problem.
