From a 4 year resident - look elsewhere! Unless you want your car towed.They will tow from your own driveway. If you also like random fees added to your monthly rent each time the apartment complex is sold - this is the place for you. $2200 for a 2/2 apartment with carpet. Overpriced and poorly managed.
