I lived here for two years and let me break down what you’re walking into. The pool is completely dirty every single day there is debris and tree shavings and iguana poop along with random wrappers and dirt inside and around the pool. I tried to bring up to management the iguana issue and poop around the hot tub as it was seeping into the hot tub and they said it was normal… utterly disgusting.
