I love living at Altis Kendall Square! After 5 years in Miami, this is the best place I've lived — peaceful, with friendly neighbors and an amazing staff that truly cares. Special thanks to Leonardo, Andrea, and Estrella for always going above and beyond. And thank you for the lovely Mother’s Day event — it truly made me feel appreciated!
Visited a friend at Altis Kendall Square and was seriously impressed. The whole place has a resort-style vibe—beautiful pool, modern clubhouse, and everything feels super well-kept. The landscaping is lush and the common areas are really inviting. If I were looking for a place in the area, this would definitely be at the top of my list. It really stands out from other apartment complexes nearby.

If I could put 10 stars I would Leo Montes is one of if not the best property manager I’ve worked with I love the community and plenty of places around super quiet and family friendly and always well kept can’t complain I love living here!
