Great complex. They take care of the units very well. Facilities are well appointed and well maintained. The lawn care company could take better care cleaning up the mess they leave. Overall we are very happy with the location for shopping dentist etc in Paradise Lakes center.

Leonardo Montes the property manager and staff are unprofessional and Leonardo is a snarky, unhelpful with an attitude for everything when i had questions about anything. I see fake reviews from people who didn’t even live here is insane. I lived here for two years and let me break down what you’re walking into. Mr. Leonardo and Ms. Andrea along with their team have done a great job. I was extremely happy with the continued service they provided during my residency at Altis Kendal Square. They are always available and help out in the most friendly and polite way. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and I loved living there. Signing was easy, and ending the lease was hassle free.
