I’m really happy I chose this place for my family. I filled out a simple form online, got a return email right away, and was able to set an appointment to come see the property with no hassle. Melissa was amazing from the beginning and made everything feel easy and straightforward. She was friendly, patient, and always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The community is clean, quiet, and very well kept. My family feels comfortable here, and we’re genuinely happy to call it home.
We were met by Melissa, she was amazing. Gave us a great tour even offered us refreshments.
Moving can be overwhelming, but choosing Altis at Kendall Square made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Amazing community but we are concerned as family with the new bathroom policy you guys have implemented about 3 months ago.. bathroom are locked all saturday and Sundays and Monday thru friday bathroom are only open in business hours. I used the gym before 7 am and they are locked!!! Staff explained is because bathroom get dirty too often and not resident are using them. The pool has no bathroom for residents on the weekends, which is absurd!
Altis at Kendall square!! This place is so well maintained, clean and beautiful. The staff people are always very helpful.
