Moving in was simple and my stay overall was nice. However, the move-out process was extremely frustrating. I was charged for painting the apartment despite leaving no damages, and was told this was ‘standard’ upon move out. On top of that, the management did not honor my move-in special, which led to an additional charge for ‘unpaid rent’ after I had already moved out. If you don’t mind unexpected bills after leaving, then this place may work for you but I would strongly caution before proceeding.
Love this place! Dedicated maintenance team and awesome staff. They treat you as a family. Way to go, Avana!! Glad to call place HOME !
