I hired Altior Construction on the recommendation of a friend who had used them to renovate her kitchen in Hoboken, NJ. My project was a kitchen and bathroom renovation in a fourth floor walk up apartment, also in Hoboken. I'm a trained architect and not the easiest client to please. Lee Norris and his team and their subcontractors were a pleasure to work with. They were flexible with my schedule and patient with new ideas and additions/deletions to the project. Altior's overall pricing was transparent and fair as was consid... read more
We hired Altior General Contractors to do a renovation for us and they far exceeded our vision. Top to bottom from detail to customer service, they were aces and a pleasure to work with. Besides the addition of a bedroom, we had a small sink we wanted to transform into a coffee bar (see pic) and they nailed it. So happy and pleased. They gained a client for life and we look forward to working with them again. Do yourself a favor and stop looking and just call Altior!
Working with Lee and Keith on my condo renovation exceeded my expectations. Altior consistently delivered on the work they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it, for the agreed upon price. Lee's communication before, during, and after the project was excellent and extremely responsive and the quality of the work itself was great. I would highly recommend working with Altior.

They removed the outdated paneling, insulated the walls, replaced with custom doors, and gave it a painted refresh. Every step of the project was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and real craftsmanship. The ... read more
I hired Lee & Keith to redo my kitchen backsplash and renovate my powder room. Not only did they do amazing work, but they were excellent at communicating, attention to detail, and actually showing up when they said they would. I would definitely recommend for any home reno work.
