We hired Altior General Contractors to do a renovation for us and they far exceeded our vision. Top to bottom from detail to customer service, they were aces and a pleasure to work with. Besides the addition of a bedroom, we had a small sink we wanted to transform into a coffee bar (see pic) and they nailed it. So happy and pleased. They gained a client for life and we look forward to working with them again. Do yourself a favor and stop looking and just call Altior!
Working with Lee and Keith on my condo renovation exceeded my expectations. Altior consistently delivered on the work they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it, for the agreed upon price. Lee's communication before, during, and after the project was excellent and extremely responsive and the quality of the work itself was great. I would highly recommend working with Altior.
We couldn’t be happier with the work Altior General Contracting did renovating one of the bedrooms in our home. The room had some minor challenges and unique character, including old wood paneling and aged finishes, but they completely transformed the space while still respecting the charm of the house. I hired Lee & Keith to redo my kitchen backsplash and renovate my powder room. Not only did they do amazing work, but they were excellent at communicating, attention to detail, and actually showing up when they said they would. I would definitely recommend for any home reno work.
