Not at all pleased that the common practice is to charge everyone $125 "emergency " appointment fee when you're a new patient and this is your 1st appointment. I complained about this fee as I'd waited months for my appointment. I was told its "just common practice fee" by the corporate owners and that this $125 fee "comes out of the dentists pocket". I called BS and the fee was waived. These extra expenses are the reaseon why disabled seniors on Canada Pension are not getting the dental health required to maintain full body... read more
