Ann is the best dental hygienist I’ve had in Toronto; she’s very thorough and friendly. I say this as a MD that works around healthcare staff everyday.
I been to Altima a number of times, the staff is nothing less than amazing, from the front desk to my dentist, is nothing, friendly, welcoming, outgoing, helpful, and always ready to support. lets talk about my dental assistant she is very awesome at making you comfortable and making sure you are relax, and my doctor. I've never had a dentist who makes me feel as comfortable as he does, thank you all very much for all the work that everyone does to making my frighting experience in the pass, so comfortable with all of you :)
For someone who still has trauma from school appointed dentists....Altima staff were amazing. Everyone was kind and compassionate. Took the time to explain things. And constantly asked about my welfare. Finally, I have found my forever oral care.
