I’ve been a patient here for years, but the recent experience with their administration was unacceptable. I had a clear overpayment for a Night Guard claim, supported by receipts and insurance documents, yet the office repeatedly reviewed the wrong appointment and gave inconsistent, dismissive responses. No one took responsibility or properly investigated the issue. Very disappointing level of professionalism. I will not be returning.
