I called Althouse Roofing and Siding for an estimate. An individual named Art took my call and said he would get back to me. He called me later that afternoon and scheduled a meeting. He was one hour late to that meeting and failed to call me to let me know he would be late, even though he was aware that I was traveling to the location. I had a small loading dock roof to repair that was 14x20x20. We had already removed all of the old roofing.
