Choosing the right realtor was a challenge, particularly if you are moving from out of state. You really don't know the area, the culture, where to avoid, things to think about, etc... Kim is great to work with! We were very grateful to have found her. Not only did she sell our house, she helped with renovations, staging, and kept an eye on things when we were out of town.
