My daughter was nervous about getting her braces at first but they eased her anxiety. Her teeth look great. She barely smiled before having braces but now she doesn’t stop smiling. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Altherr!! Hailey was our 2nd child to get braces with Dr Altherr and we were just as happy ! The office staff is always super helpful and friendly. All of the staff are always very good at explaining what was done and what will happen next. Easy to schedule appointments and flexible. And Dr Altherr is so nice and does a fantastic job!!!!
Dr. Altherr is knowledgeable, communicative, and friendly. All his office staff are the same. He spends as much time as you need and is ready to answer all questions. He has now done orthodontia for four members of my family! The best!

Best Orthodontist in Apex Excellent service and expertise
This is simply the best Orthodontist office out there! I can't imagine going anywhere else. Every time I visit the office, it feels like I'm going to visit my family. Braces aren't fun but being a part of the Altherr Orthodontic Family is incredible!

Dr Altherr and his team were very professional, upfront, and communicated well the whole time my daughters were wearing braces. They always made time for an emergency appointment. I have never seen anyone have a bad day. This has been an enjoyable experience. Thank you.
