I am editing my review because the lawyers office did send me a refund for the money that they had received which I believe is honorable. But, I still encourage you to be wary if you have a more complex claim or want an office with a much more progressive approach. The communication was abysmal from the beginning, and the overall management of our case reflected a serious lack of organization and accountability.
