I just moved in here about three weeks ago and here is my impression. The front desk is not only helpful, their Fun! The residents I have been introduced to are all really nice people. No "Karen's", No psychos, no weirdo's. The views are amazing, the location is "out of a dream", and I have never been happier !! Walk through the lobby of the Grand Hyatt and let this amazing day begin. Expensive? that's up to you. The price range is pretty cool. Starting at less then $400K, on up to $2mil. And your in the middle of the party ... read more

Best place to live in San Antonio, best Pool in San Antonio but every time I stay there I dread running into Mary at the concierge desk. She’s never helpful, and most times outwardly rude. I have talked to other residents who without exception agree on this. Why does she still work there is everyone’s guess...
