I've had good experiences with them in the past but recently terrible. They did their best to remedy the situation but not a happy customer today
Matt and Jacob were very helpful and attentive. The store is always super clean and bright. I can tell the store manager cares about his associates and business. Keep up the great work.
What a love about Altex is the vast knowledge of the staff, who readily able to give you free advice to troubleshoot your PC or network issues. Kudos!!!
