We have shopped at Alter’s Gem Jewelry for years. They are the best! We went yesterday and it was a wonderful staff woman who helped us. It was a great experience. They are always friendly. My husband up graded my wedding ring and saw another ring he liked for me. They had my rings ready in 5 hours. Which was wonderful! It’s the only place to shop for all your jewelry needs.
I recently needed some repair work done on my wife's Yesterday/Today/Forever ring that had lost a stone. By absolute luck we found the stone. I brought both into Alter's and spoke with Dana David. She was an EXCELLENT help! She set up the repair, and ensured it would be complete by our anniversary...only TWO days later! It ended up being a one day turn around even having needed to repair/replace some of the prongs!
