Great tour, informative, and nice presentation… after living here and enjoying the pool most of the time.. recently the office allowed large parties to bend the rules. Reserving the clubhouse does not entitle you to use the pool or take over both grills - because you have a kitchen you can use. I am not one to write negative reviews however it has gotten to the point where I want to address several concerns regarding my tenancy and recent interactions with management at Alterra. First, I want to make it clear that I have never missed a rent payment. Despite this, I received communication from Evita, the property manager, that I found to be both rude and also insinuated that I had failed to meet my obligations.
