Spencer Daniels was my technician that arrived at my house today. I explained my problem with fire ants, spiders and other insects. He thoroughly inspected my property and came up with a plan to rid our home of these pests. Thanks Alterra and Spencer Daniels for your help.
I gave them a one star rating because that is the lowest number you can give. I have also had problems but it is because Terminix bought Alterra and that’s when my problems started. I have been with 2 companies they gave great service but every time they were bought out by Terminix within 6 months I started have trouble with ants, etc. One tech, who left after Terminix took over, advised me that Terminix uses a lower grade of chemicals and he wasn’t staying with the company due to customer complaints. Makita G. Angel did an awesome job on my yard. I had a concern about grasshoppers, ants, and some other insects that were eating my plants. He took care of everything quickly. I never have to worry about bugs in my lawn anymore because Angel is just one call away!
On numerous occasions they have left our backyard door open to let our dog run out. This past time the dog has run off and has been gone for over a day and has yet to be found.
