So far, I have had 7 properties treated by Rober LeBlanc. I am VERY pleased with the service he has provided. The tenants at the properties have been very positive about his customer service and attitude. All service requests have been answered and handled in a very timely manner. I will continue to use Alterra Pest Control because of Robert's wonderful service. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!
Always came to service when scheduled, but when called to change address when moving and to schedule service at our new home, they would not answer their phone. They had called me back, but I was at work and not able to answer. After work, I called back and got the same answer recording. I have called back three times and left messages and no return in phone calls. Worst service ever. Do not bother. yes they would come back to redo the job if you are not satisfied with the service, the problem is that you will never be satisfied with the service the first time it is done so you always have to call them back for a follow up visit. they would come to your house the first time do a "sort of" thorough treatment because it is the first time. Then after that it is just a joke. for $90 they would come spray for 5 minutes max and go, no removal of spider webs, no pesticide granules on your law... read more
Bad service. Forcing treatments not in the contract and insisting the contract they gave us was false. Missed a treatment and we had to buy products to do the service they should be doing and then expected us to pay monthly for that month. No reschedules or calls. Bad costumer service, it's hard to reach them and are absolutely rude. Don't do business with them and should be filed with bbb for breaching their contract because they're unable to do the job they signed up for. If there is a zero star, I would give them that. Every single services they provided, I still saw spiders and other bugs/insects in my house. They kept using the same product inside the house and expect me to pay them quarterly and regardless if it's working or not. They said if I would see anything spiders/etc., I just would need to call them and the would come to do another spray for free. The first time I called, they did not respond in 10 days. Raoul Martinez with Alterra Pest Control came to my residence today to spray for pest control. He spent extra time & patience sweeping the eaves, porch & patio before spraying. My dog ran out & he cautioned me to take her inside while spraying & he was extremely polite & professional. I hope he will always be assigned to take care of my home. He is a great ambassador for Alterra Pest Control & treated my property as if it was his own. Thank you very much. Awesome employee.
My first service was great. My husband and I had just bought our home last summer from people who didn't take very good care of it so wanted to make sure we got pest control services just to be safe. The guy came out and was very thorough and was here awhile . Since then it is terrible!and honestly just a nightmare! Sales and first two services ... awesome. Now I'm having to call because they are 30 days behind, scheduling another week out and can't tell me when they will be here. From Best in Class Service to Worst in Class service in 180 Days.
