We did not have a positive experience with this company. Yes the first visitor was positive. He made us feel they were going to take care of things (we had mice). The next person was the technician, who set out some snap traps none of which worked until we baited them ourselves. They never checked back either. So yes the initial salesman seemed knowledgeable but there were no results. We ended up setting our own traps and closing up the hole ourselves. Think carefully before hiring this company.
Bad experience with Alterra Pets Control, 5 treatments and I can see lots of bugs and spiders everywhere. Another think, every time they sent the invoice, it says that they treated the garage as well, but I never been home and the garage was closed, can't understand how they do it . Not recommended, loose of money.
Bad salesperson and bad company - never go with them. Salesperson told I can cancel any time without penalties now after two treatments I didn't see any improvements, I called to cancel - I was told that I had signed a contract that I was not informed of from the beginning that I would have to pay $300.00 penalty if I do so. I am so surprising why salesperson or company mentioned about this @ first stage. I will not recommend.

ZERO STAR. ALL PEOPLE WHO POSTED 1 STAR EXPERIENCE, I HAD THE SAME. THEY ARE RUDE. BE AWARE. I had a horrible experience with this company. and if you ask them not to come for treatment, they will come and leave a bill at your door that they treated it. when I had cameras outside showing the guy sitting in the pickup truck just writing a bill. its just ridiculous. and if you sign with them, they will lock you up for 5 treatments and you have to send a written cancellation letter.
