Eloy Benavides is completely unprofessional. Was promised a callback and never returned. Sat on the loan for weeks and no follow up. No follow up when asking for updates. Rude and condescending. TERRIBLE LOAN OFFICER.
This was the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience I've ever have all they promise you are dreams. We are out of 3000.00 because of them we have nowere to live at all and 3000 short.
