I am a purchaser of 28 eastern. One of the worst built condos in the city. 68k closing costs for a unit 500k. This building is the worst I have ever lived in in my life !!!!!!!
I had the pleasure of working with the sales and development team at Alterra on one of their preconstruction sale and it was a great experience.
