I had the pleasure of working with the sales and development team at Alterra on one of their preconstruction sale and it was a great experience. Communications between the sales team and myself & clients were clear and detailed. Questions and inquiries were answered on a timely manner with proper solutions & suggestions. Alterra is a well-known builder in the GTA and they did a fantastic job with their customer services team to ensure customers are looked after post-sales professionally. Keep up the good work!
Bought two projects from Alterra - RUSH condos and Celeste. Closing my RUSH condos soon and so far great customer service and condo was good workmanship and they addressed the few deficiencies. Celeste bought that pre con and was easy process and good people to deal with. Would highly recommend this builder!
