Alterra built my condo building very poor workmanship. Sever cracks on my ceiling and walls. Could of been easily prevented if they used the proper amount of drywall screws on the corner edging. There's only a few screws holding a 10 ft section. My whole ceiling is cracked everywhere living room, kitchen, hallways, and bedroom. I was qouted 10k for repairs. Great company run by great people.
Put an offer to buy a comercial site, took them 2 week to respond that they change their minds and they are not selling it, a wast of time.
I am a purchaser of 28 eastern. One of the worst built condos in the city. 68k closing costs for a unit 500k. This building is the worst I have ever lived in in my life !!!!!!!
