The discovery process with Alterra was great. I was able to take my time making sure that switching from my current financial advisor was the right move. I was referred by a friend and participated in a couple of their customer events. The family atmosphere I'm experiencing as well as working with Mallory and her team, has made my transition to Alterra seamless. The customer care, communication and transparency were critical in making my decision to partner with Alterra.
I find financial planning overwhelming, but working with my team at Alterra has been life changing for me. After several focused, fact gathering sessions they broke down complex (for me) investment and planning strategies into simple, easy-to-understand options. I now feel so much more confident and less stressed about my retirement plan and budget. Every person on the team is patient, kind and highly knowledgeable. The communication is outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough!
