Went there for a 12week court program that actually lasted 31weeks. Most of the appointments I sat in a room to watch the same repeated videos while my counselor was in her office eating, texting on her phone.Then was kicked out by counselor after she showed up to my appointment 30mins late as she had just came from a bad hair salon appointment.
I’ve never been too a treatment where I felt so judged. There are “counselors” there that seem to not relate to my situation at all. Even upon asking if they ever been in my shoes one of them said they never had a reason to attend treatment which really detoured me and made me feel as if I couldn’t get help here.
Worst people to try and go get help from. They don't really have people there that can help. They have counselors who has never experienced withdrawals or even had drug or alcohol issues and expect them to understand me as an addict. They're not professional when it comes to handling business and it truly seems they are in it for a check only
