Office was closed, mail appeared to be piled up, went down the street to all-state so glad I did they were great.
Hands down, worst insurance company I ever had to deal with. No communication skills. Not to mention, after canceling my policy then receiving an email informing me id be issue a refund of $93 after 5 business days, it never was deposited. I personally wouldnt recommend travelers or anyone affiliated with tony
