DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE AT ALL!!!!!! Be warned this lady (Kathy) only cares about money not her customers she will pile people in the ONLY VAN!! She has and make you sit and wait hrs for other people’s appointments to get done and will not ask you or tell you and gets on to her employees if they tell you!!! This place is always late! And has terrible customer service!!!! Beware!!!!!!
Ridiculous service. They called last night told my mom who's fully disabled to be ready for pick up at 1230. Then they call this morning wanting to pick her up hours early! Why would you tell patients to be ready at a certain time then change it knowing some are disabled! Get your business together people!
They are very efficient
Took them 2 hours to pick me up at doctors office then drove more than a hour away to pick somebody up before taking me home
