Horrible experience!! Dr. Avila decided to wait until my son really needed his help and dismissed him from practice simply because my son changed his mind and doesn’t want to do group therapy. Very disappointed, instead of trying to work with my son and work up to the group therapy Dr. Avila rather just wash his hands with it. Explained this to my son’s new therapist and they were appalled that instead of working with my son Dr. Avila rather just say goodbye. Find yourself a practice that cares about your kids needs.
